I have been licensed in Florida since 1987.

I received my Broker´s License in 1996 and work as a Broker-Salesman with Coldwell Banker.

I attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV and moved to Clearwater in 1976. I have been a top agent with Coldwell Banker and in 2003 became a member of the International Diamond Society (top 20% of all Agents). I am a graduate of Coldwell Banker University. From the National Association of Realtors I have been awarded the GRI designation (Graduate Realtors Institute) and the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). I also am a member of the Florida Association of Realtors Honor Society. I have been awarded Referral and Relocation Certification by the National Association of Realtors Women´s Council of Realtors and I have completed courses with Coldwell Banker to receive the International Property Specialist (IPS) designation. In 2003 I received the SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

I am the third generation of Realtors in my family. My Grandfather opened his real estate office in West Virginia in the 1930's. I strive to provide you with excellent service and therefore over 80% of my business each year is from my past customers and their referrals. I am committed to being the best agent that I can be and therefore I keep up with educational classes to stay current with today´s changing Real Estate industry.

I have lived in Palm Harbor since 1981. I have two grown children and enjoy helping in my Church, gardening, crafts, stained glass and becoming a new Grandma in 2002.
